4. WRITE A 500 WORD ESSAY: (single page) Tell us about your favorite outdoors pursuit, can be hunting, fishing, or any other outdoor activity, can be an isolated favorite story or all about your favorite outdoor pursuit on the whole.

5. ATTACH A CURRENT PHOTOGRAPH OF YOURSELF.
